Q. What do you mean by office location?

A. It allows you to select which office location you would like to pick your contacts up at.

Q. Is the additional information field required?

A. No, but it is there if you have special instructions or something you would like to add when submitting your order.

Q. What is the captcha field for?

A. It lets us know that you are a person ordering and prevents users from abusing the form.

Q. I can’t read the captcha image, what can I do?

A. If you click the refresh or arrow image next to the numbered image it will provide you with a new set of numbers.

Q. How will I pay for the contacts?

A. You can pay for the contacts when you come to pick them up.
